The staff were super friendly and helpful, gave us a map and tips to explore the city which was awesome. Room was really clean and cozy, with all the needed stuff. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choices. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the seine and city center.

the parking was a bit tight and hard to navigate, and the room could use a kettle for hot drinks.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with river views, everything was great. They had a perfect check-in. The location was awesome, within easy walking distance of a 12th-century Gothic cathedral.

such a nice stay for a quick visit. very very good and freshly prepared breakfast with fresh strawberries and warm crusty bread, as for instance - well worth the money. exceptionally comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and central heating, tv set and a dining area in the room. pleasant and exceptional staff at all times.

Air conditioning management needs improvement as it failed to provide comfort during hot periods!!! Parking area is a maze, especially for larger vehicles, causing unnecessary confusion !!! Better room amenities are a must!!!

Totally VERY COMFORTABLE stay for a quick visit. Clean hotel in a nice building just off several restaurants as well as the centre of Rouen. Fast check-out.

Traffic noise from the nearby road can be quite intrusive, especially with the window open. The standard twin room lacked basic amenities like a fridge or tea-making facilities, which can be a disappointment for longer stays. The bathroom installation was like a cheap plastic pod, amplifying noises and detracting from overall comfort.

the shower leaked (not great! ) but the room was new and spacious. cleaning was thorough, and breakfast had a lot of choices (fresh pastries! ). location was just a short walk to town, and secure parking was available.

The bed was huge and super comfortable, making for a restful night. Make sure to take advantage of the underground parking for convenience as it's located right in the city center.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic heart. The bed in our room was really comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The underground parking was a great convenience and we appreciated the free charging for our electric vehicle. The view from our room, overlooking the river, added a serene touch to our stay.
